Visual identity for LinkedIn´s event
Concept and graphic image for LinkedIn’s BLUE BRANDING event, which aimed to encourage collaboration between the marketing, HR and communications departments in order to create a strong employer brand. It was the most important event of the year 2016 for LinkedIn Spain.
Attendees particularly commented on the lighting and colour harmony on stage on Twitter (now X), using the hashtag #BLUEBRANDING.

LinkedIn is an online, professional networking platform for career development, job searching, and business connections
The Key
The key was to bring together LinkedIn’s various communication needs in one place. On the one hand, the brand sought to showcase potential candidates full of attitude and aptitude in the context of the event’s name, ‘BLUE BRANDING’, hence the blue backgrounds. Secondly, it was necessary to refer to the new international campaign, ‘You’re closer than you think‘. This was achieved using large-format panels on the stage and at the sides featuring references to these ‘inspiring’ candidates, and a more corporate theme on the back.
Added value
Details are always important, but they are especially so when it comes to events. In an indoor space, lighting is essential for highlighting all the panels and ensuring they appear in chromatic harmony with the speaker on stage. This particularly caught the attention of attendees, who mentioned it on Twitter with the hashtag #BLUEBRANDING
