Web Design & front-end structure

Web Design and front-end structure using WordPress

I handled the full web design process and built the site’s structure in WordPress, from layout planning to implementation for GIGBRO, a comprehensive event management platform for festivals and venues. The UI design and content structure empower organisers to control ticketing, cashless sales, user engagement and real-time analytics

My Role

I designed the site and configured its front-end structure using WordPress Salient Theme

GIGBRO is an event management app and web platform that empowers festivals, venues and brands with ticketing, cashless payments and real-time audience engagement. It is part of the Vocento publishing group

 Information architecture

The project presented an information architecture challenge: it was necessary to intuitively explain the app’s multiple functionalities without relying on face-to-face sales presentations, which had previously been the only material available to the sales team.

I solved this by structuring the content into clearly differentiated thematic ‘terraces’, making it easier for users to understand each area of the product (ticketing, cashless payments, CRM, analytics, staff management, etc.) independently. Each section includes a strategic call to action (CTA), aimed at providing more detailed key information or requesting a demo.

The project encompassed visual design, UX/UI, content architecture and the implementation of the structure in WordPress, ensuring a clear, scalable and optimised experience for the commercial launch.

Website structure

1. Hero + Value Proposition:

The initial block immediately presents GIGBRO as a comprehensive ticketing, cashless and event management platform. It includes value messages and key benefits, as well as a prominent call to action (CTA) to request more information or a demo
Website flow

2. Product overview:

The content is organised into separate, themed modules, each of which focuses on a key feature of the platform: Ticketing and access control, Cashless payments, User Engagement and Notifications, Real-time analytics and dashboards…

3. Final CTA: contact/demo:

This conversion-oriented block features a persistent CTA throughout the site, which is also present in the menu and footer. It facilitates demo requests and contact with the sales team. It also includes an FAQ section and a summary of the benefits of GIGBRO.
